FixLens stores account details, workspace configuration, device metadata, prompts, screenshots submitted for analysis, and the resulting answers. This data is used to operate the service, maintain auditability, and support workspace administration.

How screenshots are handled

Screenshots and prompts are attached to the analysis record in your FixLens workspace so operators can review what was sent and what answer was returned. Access stays scoped to authorized members of that workspace.

Billing and contact information

When you use a paid plan, FixLens stores billing profile details such as legal entity name, billing email, contact details, and payment references needed for account management.

Retention and access

Workspace owners and admins control who has access to the portal. Data is retained according to product settings and operational needs, including screenshot retention and audit logging.
